COMMENTS POLICY:

Comments are welcome at Catching Raindrops. Caregiving can be an emotional place to reside so please be supportive of the comments you read here. We are all in our own care journey place but struggling within and need encouragement from others as often as possible. Our mission is to inform, encourage, inspire, and show positivity to everyone’s journey. Please be respectful. Any negative or otherwise disrespectful comments will not be posted. Thank you for complying with this policy.

PHOTO POLICY:

If you would like to share any of the photos found on our site, catchingraindrops.com, please use one photo with a clear and direct link to the corresponding post or page on our site. If you would like to share our content, please state the name of our site (catchingraindrops.com) as the source. Make sure you are giving clear credit for the content and photo to Debra Simonette and to the site (catchingraindrops.com). Cropping, editing, or removing watermarks from any photo is prohibited without our written permission prior to use.

Any branding must have written permission to use my photo for any purposes including marketing and permission must be agreed upon prior to use. Our images are not to be used for any type of affiliate marketing including websites that share a high/low segment, inspiration blog posts or sites, email campaigns, etc.

All content and images are copyrighted and the sole property of Catching Raindrops unless otherwise noted.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Since many of the products are digital downloads, there is no refund given for digital products. However, if there is a specific problem with physical products ordered and delivered to you, please reach out immediately to support@catchingraindrops.com for a resolution. Returning the physical product may not be possible.

We offer replacements if a physical item is damaged or defective and only at the discretion of Catching Raindrops. We offer a 30-day exchange, return policy. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging.

In the event of perishable items such as food, flowers, magazines or newspapers, these items are not eligible for return.
